1. Damaged Product Upon Arrival If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.
2. Incorrect Item Received If you received a product that does not match what you ordered due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
3. Missing Items If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item. We will verify against our dispatch records and resolve accordingly.
