Overview

At Biotech Labs, we take great pride in the quality and integrity of our research-grade compounds. Due to the specialized and sensitive nature of our products, our return and refund policy is strictly defined. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases made through Biotech Labs are considered final at the time of sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and payment has been confirmed.

This policy exists because:

  • Our compounds are research-grade materials that require strict handling and storage conditions.
  • Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify that proper storage and handling protocols have been maintained.
  • The integrity and purity of returned products cannot be guaranteed.


Exceptions — When We Will Issue a Refund

We will consider a refund or replacement only under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged Product Upon Arrival If your order arrives visibly damaged due to shipping mishandling, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product must be provided.
  • Claims submitted after the 7-day window will not be accepted.

2. Incorrect Item Received If you received a product that does not match what you ordered due to an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

  • You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please provide your order number and a photo of the incorrect item received.

3. Missing Items If an item is missing from your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a description of the missing item. We will verify against our dispatch records and resolve accordingly.


How to Submit a Claim

To submit a refund or replacement claim, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@biotechlabs.com with the subject line: “Refund/Replacement Request – Order #[Your Order Number]”
  2. Include your full name, order number, and a detailed description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photographs as evidence where applicable.
  4. Our support team will review your claim within 3–5 business days and respond with next steps.


Refund Processing

If your refund claim is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
  • Processing time is 5–10 business days after approval, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Biotech Labs is not responsible for any delays caused by your financial institution.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Our fulfillment process begins immediately after payment, and we are unable to intercept orders once they enter the dispatch queue.

If you have placed an order in error, contact us immediately at support@biotechlabs.com. While we cannot guarantee cancellation, we will make every effort to assist you before the order is shipped.


Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect.
  • Products purchased during a promotional sale or with a discount code (unless defective).
  • Digital products, downloadable content, or documentation.


Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with their bank. Unauthorized chargebacks on valid orders may result in:

  • Permanent suspension of your Biotech Labs account.
  • Being added to our restricted customer list.
  • Legal action where applicable.

We are committed to resolving all legitimate issues fairly and promptly. Please give us the opportunity to make it right before escalating to your payment provider.


Quality Guarantee

While our return policy is strict due to the nature of our products, we stand fully behind the quality of every compound we ship. Every batch is:

  • Verified for 99%+ purity through third-party analytical testing.
  • Accompanied by a Certificate of Analysis (COA) confirming compound identity and consistency.
  • Packaged under strict protocols to preserve integrity during transit.

If you have concerns about the quality of a product you received, please reach out to us directly. We will review the relevant COA and work with you to address any legitimate quality concerns.
