Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

Biotech Labs currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

  • We ship to all 50 U.S. states.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Orders must be shipped to a valid residential or commercial address.

Packaging & Discretion

We understand the importance of privacy. All orders from Biotech Labs are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no reference to the contents or our brand on the outside of the package.

  • All compounds are sealed and packaged to maintain product integrity during transit.
  • Temperature-sensitive products are packed with appropriate insulation materials.
  • Each package includes a packing slip with your order details inside.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.

Free Shipping Policy

Biotech Labs offers free standard shipping on all orders over $175 USD (before tax).

  • Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when the order threshold is met.
  • Free shipping applies to standard delivery only. Expedited and overnight options are not included.
  • Promotional free shipping codes cannot be combined with other discounts.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Biotech Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged by the carrier once they have been dispatched. However, we will do our best to assist you.

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Take clear photographs of the packaging and contents immediately.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@biotechlabs.com with your order number and photos.
  • We will review your case and work toward a resolution.

If your package is lost in transit:

  • Contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed.
  • We will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
  • Resolution may take up to 10 business days depending on the carrier’s process.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Biotech Labs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

  • If you notice an error in your address after placing an order, contact us immediately at support@biotechlabs.com.
  • We will do our best to update the address before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in processing.

Carrier Information

Biotech Labs ships via trusted national carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used for your order will be selected based on your location and chosen shipping method.
